North Road Masterplan

Wesgroup and Choice Properties (“North Road Partnership”) have submitted a Master Development Plan to the City of Coquitlam for the properties at 439-465 North Road.

This development seeks to respond to the priorities outlined in the City of Coquitlam’s Official Community Plan by delivering a diverse range of housing, including condominiums, secured market and below-market rental housing, as well as community-serving retail spaces, substantial public amenity space, and childcare.
