North Road Masterplan

Wesgroup and Choice Properties (“North Road Partnership”) have submitted a Master Development Plan to the City of Coquitlam for the properties at 439-465 North Road.

This development seeks to respond to the priorities outlined in the City of Coquitlam’s Official Community Plan by delivering a diverse range of housing, including condominiums, secured market and below-market rental housing, as well as community-serving retail spaces, substantial public amenity space, and childcare. The future renewal of this site seeks to celebrate this unique opportunity to create a complete, mixed-use community with unparalleled access to rapid transit and amenities.

The site is located at 439-465 North Road in Coquitlam. The site is approximately 7.84 acres and is currently occupied by the existing Cariboo shopping centre; anchored with a now-vacant food store and served by surface-only parking.

Public Input Opportunity

Interested members of the public are invited to attend a Public Information Meeting for an early opportunity to review the proposal and offer comments.
